Responsibilities
- As EiR, you will be laser-focus on growth driven by marketing, smart outlet expansion, food product and customer experience
- Develop new marketing and customer acquisition channels
- Lead a team of marketing promoters in the execution of new campaigns and on-the-ground marketing activations
- Collect quantitative and qualitative data to increase efficiency and marketing ROI
- Continuously optimize, A/B test marketing campaigns and offers
- Complete our large customer feedback data set with customer interviews to identify the next million-dollar menu item and how to create a world leading customer experience
- Further evolve our growth playbook
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Valid work permit for Belgium
Nice to have
- Experience in writing online content
- Additional languages
- Google Adwords experience
- Strong analytical skills
